Job Overview We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead a 6-month market research and strategy project focused on evaluating the viability of locally manufacturing Posiflush syringes in the U.S. This role requires a strategic, research-driven professional with experience in medical devices, healthcare supplies, or related industries. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis, identify potential customers and distribution channels, and provide actionable recommendations on whether U.S.-based production of Posiflush syringes is feasible. Secondary research will also cover pet syringes and scientific instruments to gauge broader market opportunities. Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth market research on Posiflush syringes in the U.S., including demand, market size, pricing, and growth potential. • Evaluate competitive landscape, including major suppliers, distributors, and product differentiators. • Build a database of potential buyers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors for Posiflush syringes. • Research and report on regulatory, compliance, and manufacturing considerations for local U.S. production. • Explore feasibility of local manufacturing, including cost structures, supply chain challenges, and market entry barriers. • Conduct secondary research on pet syringes and scientific instruments to assess additional product opportunities. • Develop a go-to-market strategy and recommendations for sales, distribution, and branding. • Deliver monthly progress updates and a final 6-month viability report with clear business insights and next steps.
