We are currently seeking volunteer Board Members to join our team and support our mission. Wellth Living is designed to create leaders through healing and learning new ways of conscious living. We believe that with the proper education, delivered in a holistic way, anyone and everyone has the capability of living a conscious lifestyle that leads to abundance, health, happiness, and fulfillment. Our mission is to create heart-centered leaders -transforming how people live life. Supporting people in exploring and realizing their human potential through experiential learning. Working with individuals and institutions to integrate body, mind, heart, spirit, and community in a nurturing environment. Role Description Our Board Members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission. By actively participating in our Board, you’ll help direct us along the path ahead. As a team, our Board focuses on the following: • Support the organization and its mission by contributing to fundraising. • Share networks and open doors for the organization, inviting others to contribute. • Build relationships with donors and supporters and advocate on Wellth Living’s behalf. • Representing Wellth Living to stakeholders; acting as an ambassador for the organization. • Promote, market and bring awareness to our various programs. • Contribute to the conversation during our virtual meetings (we hold a 60-minute virtual call every month) Board Terms • Wellth Living volunteer Board Members serve a one-year term and have the opportunity to extend their terms. • Each Board Member will complete a 90-day grace period. Time Commitment • Minimum of 10-hours per month Desired Skills and Experience We are looking for mission-aligned individuals with strong collaboration, communication, implementation, and strategic skills, and expertise in one or more of the following areas: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising • A passion for social impact efforts • This is a VOLUNTEER Board Member position.
