The Associate Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the coding operations team, coders, and clients. The scope of this job includes actively ensuring client records are processed through the workflow in accordance with contractual obligations and working with clients to provide updates as requested. Compile and send out client-requested reports. Communicate with scheduling team to ensure timely completion of client records, fluctuations in agency volume, and coder availability. Update a variety of departmental reports by entering databases and ensuring accuracy as directed. Perform other job duties as assigned.
