Full Description

A Wells Street Growth client is adding a director of marketing to their team. The client is in the the CPG industry, specifically RTD alcoholic beverages. This will be the first full time marketing hire, offering this person the opportunity to fully own marketing and put their stamp on a wide variety of channels. Responsibilities • Manage celebrity content engine - there are existing relationships with the brand to be managed and expanded upon • Execute on trial programs, in store and retail marketing • Expand social and digital marketing campaigns Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of marketing experience, including time spent on different marketing channels • Significant experience in CPG • Desire to execute: This is a leadership role in a small company. There will be some budget for agencies, freelance help, etc. but this is an execution focused role This role can be largely be done remotely, however there will in person events centered in LA, Denver and Texas. Candidates already based in one of those locations will be given priority.
