About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Small Business Banking Relationship Management Manager (LO) in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for Small Business. In this role, you will: • Manage and develop a team of business bankers with a focus on customer relationship development, customer experience, and risk management • Promote the growth of the business by implementing strategies to increase revenue by onboarding new customers, deepening the relationship with existing customers, and retaining existing credit or deposit balances • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectives • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers • Collaborate with other managers and department leadership in hiring, training, or development and evaluation of individuals' performance • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Small Business Banking Relationship Management • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent • This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Small Business Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • 2+ years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience • Proven collaboration skills across various levels of the organization • Proven leadership, collaboration, team building, and partnership skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to present information in order to create understanding and influence decisions. • Proven leadership ability to drive successful execution of business imperatives; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals. Job Expectations: • Position will be responsible for visiting business banking employees, customers, and prospects within an assigned market/geography. • Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
