About this role: As a Senior Software Engineer within the TCOO organization at Wells Fargo, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build and deliver technology solutions on mainframe. You will Drive significant business impact through your contributions and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges. In this role, you will: Contribute on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Resolve moderately complex issues to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Required Qualifications 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of experience with full Software Development Life Cycle using Agile 4+ years of experience with building enterprise applications using Java Desired Qualifications: Strong technical skills in Java, SpringBoot, MongoDB, Micro Services, React, AngularJS Self-starter that can complex requirements and independently execute projects Strong technical skills in COBOL, VSAM, JCL, IBM-Z/OS, TSO/ISPF, FileAID, NDM, Endevor, CA7, EasyTrieve Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Should have strong communication and presentation skill Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, decision-making and troubleshooting skills. Experience on Java, Microservices, PCF and OCP Cloud Certifications AZURE or GCP Experience in working for Financial Services Companies Compensation for this role is between $92,400 to $164,400 depending upon experience and expertise. There is no Visa Sponsorship available for this role. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
