About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst. This role supports financial analysis, forecasting, and trend evaluation for the Affluent/Premier banking business. Responsibilities include providing analytical support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing regular reports for senior finance and business leaders. This role will report directly to the Affluent / Premier Banking CFO and have visibility across all levels of finance and the business. In this role, you will: • Provide finance, data, and analytical support to the Affluent / Premier banking business with respect to strategic efforts. • Lead cross-functional coordination with partners across CSBB and WIM finance Support will also include regular reporting and updates to senior level finance and business partners. • Research key forecasting projections of financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting • Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: • Experience with creating / developing presentation materials for a senior executive level audience • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and work effectively with others • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with both business and finance constituents • Experience supporting strategic initiatives.
