Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com. #CommercialBanking Our Specialized Industries divisions include: Agribusiness Beverage Commercial Auto Franchise Finance Government HHN Technology In this role, you will: Manage a complex credit portfolio of client relationships Research complex financial and credit information for commercial businesses according to business unit standards Conduct due diligence, credit analysis, industry and business risk analysis, and financial modeling and projections in support of decision-making activities of loan underwriting Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Manage portfolio monitoring, renewals and annual reviews Collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand credit needs and represents the bank in developing and maintaining client relationships Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for Middle Market clients Knowledge and understanding of commercial and specialty group banking products and services Completion of a formal credit training program Ability to perform in depth financial statement analysis including spreading financials and experience with complex modeling Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures Experience with nCino a plus Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including ability to present to decision makers and customers in a professional and confident manner Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position does not support Visa Sponsorship Ability to work a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
