About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to drive the next generation of branch‑based digital experiences within our Branch Channel Management Product Line. This role will lead the development, evolution, and optimization of digital products with a strong focus on tablet and mobile product development that supports all types of branch banking customers and employees. You will collaborate across business, technology, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative, scalable, customer‑centric solutions that enhance the in‑branch digital ecosystem, streamline operations, and elevate the overall banking experience. In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise Serve as an expert advisor to leadership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of experience developing digital products from strategy through Minimum Viable Product delivery, with demonstrated ability to create product/business canvases, conduct product discovery, and define Minimum Viable Product scope using user‑backed requirements. 3+ years of experience using data, research, and insights to shape product direction. 3+ years of experience presenting senior leadership leveraging storytelling technique within PowerPoint and other presentation platforms. 3+ years of experience translating complex business and technical needs into actionable product solutions. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with applied AI capabilities, including decisioning, automation, and emerging agentic solutions, and the ability to identify responsible, value‑driven use cases that enhance customer and employee experiences Experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer‑facing digital platforms. Background working with device management, mobile platforms, or branch technology modernization. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks. Strong analytical skills with experience developing product KPIs and performance dashboards. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, and operational impacts. Job Expectations This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
