Generate and qualify sales leads, present wellness solutions virtually, manage broker and direct sales channels, and build client relationships with frequent travel.
3+ years sales experience with wellness or related field preferred, college degree preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, strong communication and typing skills, and ability to travel up to 50%.
Position Summary: Sales Representatives will thrive in a competitive and fast-moving sales environment. A successful candidate will play an integral role in achieving the Team’s sales and growth goals. Candidates must be comfortable making/taking dozens of calls daily, developing partner channels, presenting in front of a group of people, generating and qualifying prospects as well as closing sales. Major Responsibilities: Broker distribution and development Interpreting and qualifying Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) Experienced user of Salesforce.com Ability to cold call prospects and brokers Ability to present wellness solutions with a virtual format and the use of power point Help to manage, implement, deliver, evaluate and improve all workplace wellness programs and resources Ability to be consultative in all things well-being Become expert in all ancillary wellness services that are offered and have the ability to provide strategic direction for prospects and current clients Able to generate new leads via broker and direct to end user sales channels Build and sustain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ staff Ability to present and sell to consultants or employer groups of 50-1500 employees Interact with staff, management and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness Frequent travel required Job requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience: College Degree Preferred 3+ years of Sales and Wellness or related experience, or any combination of education, experience and training that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the job Passion for Health and Wellness Data knowledge and experience preferred (Microsoft Access, FTP uploads, and eligibility files) Special Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Strong typing skills Excellent interpersonal and organization skills Ability to respond professionally and accurately to requests received from a variety of clients Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Salesforce CRM experience preferred Proficiency in GoTo Meeting, Zoom or other virtual presentation Job Type: Full-time, exempt Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Travel reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay Travel requirement: Up to 50% travel Work Location: Remote - We are looking to hire individuals in or around these surrounding areas: Remote (Minneapolis, Minnesota, US) Remote (Saint Paul, Minnesota, US)
