Job Overview Wellness Supportive Care Services, LLC is looking for dependable, caring, and helpful-hearted individuals to join our team as a caregivers. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and can be flexible with their availability. Position Details: • Shifts Available: 1st Shift 12 hours per week flexible. • Location: Client homes in the Ozaukee WI area • Daily Limit: No more than 2 clients per day, located just minutes apart Responsibilities: • Provide non-medical supportive care (companionship, light housekeeping, simple meals, etc.) • Offer a reliable presence when regular caregivers are unavailable • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions Ideal Candidate: • Caring, reliable, and trustworthy • Enjoys working with people and making a difference • Has reliable transportation • Able to adapt quickly to schedule changes • Must pass background check This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that values the heart you bring to the job. Experience Required: -Pass a background check -Have a reliable vehicle AND Valid drivers license with minimum insurance coverage -Willingness to complete on-the-job training - Experience in caregiving or related field - Has CPR and first aid - Familiarity with long-term care practices - Ability to work with individuals with disabilities Nice-to-have: - Background in direct support or home care service.
