Key Responsibilities • Build a Sales Engine From the Ground Up • Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of top performers. • Design scalable sales processes and commission structures that motivate and deliver results. • Lead From the Front (Player-Coach Mindset) • Personally drive enterprise-level deals while setting the standard for excellence and hustle. • Be in the trenches with your team, demonstrating exactly how to win. • Strategic Market Expansion • Develop a bold go-to-market strategy to capture sleep centers, healthcare systems, DME/PAP providers, and physician and clinics. • Identify new market opportunities and innovative sales tactics to accelerate growth. • Data-Driven Execution • Set ambitious targets and KPIs, track performance, and adjust strategies in real time. • Deliver consistent, transparent reporting to the executive team. • Partner Across Teams • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless client journey. • Bring back critical market insights to guide product innovation. • Champion the Customer • Build lasting relationships with healthcare leaders, earning trust and creating advocates for SleepNavigator. Qualifications We’re looking for a builder and leader who thrives in high-growth, high-impact environments. • Proven Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years leading a team — health tech or complex enterprise sales preferred. • Track Record of Success: History of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations. • Healthcare Expertise: Understanding of healthcare systems, SaaS sales cycles, and stakeholder dynamics is a plus. • Inspirational Leadership: Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of excellence. • Startup DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats. • Exceptional Communicator: Master of storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building.
