THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Account Manager (Channel Partners) to our Client Sales Strategic Partnerships team! Please note: While the day-to-day work is remote, this role requires proximity to our New York City Greater Area, Boston Greater Area, or Chicago Greater Area hubs to support regional business objectives. The Senior Account Manager (Channel Partners) to our Client Sales Strategic Partnerships team will join as a key member of the indirect sales team for the United States, responsible for sourcing, negotiation and close of strategic partnerships and clients that drive revenue and growth aligned to the Wellhub mission. YOUR IMPACT Own and lead the development of Wellhub’s portfolio of channel partners, creating and driving business development strategies to increase revenue through the channel. Work independently and collaborate across stakeholders to identify and close complex strategic partnerships and negotiate partnership deal terms. Identify, develop and nurture a partner network to create innovative strategies and initiatives that drive incremental revenue at scale. Proactively engage, train and support the partner’s teams to become subject matter experts on Wellhub with their corporate clients. Lead a portfolio of large strategic client opportunities from inception to closure. Identify and close a strong pipeline of net new client opportunities through the channel partners with minimal management oversight. Own the sales process from prospecting to implementation while constantly enhancing the process. Establish a senior level network with clients and partners across industry events. WHO YOU ARE A tenacious professional with a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred but not required. 6+ years experience in sales, channel sales or business development with 3 years experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives and leadership. An innovator who always looks for more effective approaches and efficient solutions that contribute to growth. Be data driven and close to the details that matter - know why we are pushing specific priorities and why that matters to our business. A sales leader who consistently hits or exceeds revenue goals. Market knowledge in the United States, with a strong senior level network. Location: While the day-to-day work is remote, this role requires proximity to our New York City, Boston, or Chicago hubs to support regional business objectives. In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $118,200 - $147,500. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
