Summary As a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, you will be essential in providing outstanding patient service and administrative support within our medical office. Reporting directly to the office manager, your core skills in medical records management and front desk operations will ensure smooth daily operations. Your premium skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance will be vital for maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate documentation. Additionally, your strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities will enhance the patient experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice. Responsibilities not limited to: • Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate medical records. • Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. • Process medical collections and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Utilize EHR systems for efficient data entry and retrieval. • Support administrative tasks, including filing and managing multi-line phone systems. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth office operations.
