Our work shows up in modern luxury homes, boutique commercial spaces, and design-forward projects across the U.S. Architects, designers, and builders trust us because we bring precision, reliability, and true artistry to every build. We’re now ready to scale beyond founder-led sales — and we’re hiring a hands-on Sales & Marketing Lead to build our growth engine from the ground up. About the Role This is not a VP role. This is not a management role (yet). This is a builder role for someone who loves modern outbound tools, automation, and smart messaging. You’ll own top-of-funnel: list building, outbound campaigns, CRM automation, content creation, and early brand presence. Once an opportunity is qualified, the founders step in for technical scoping and closing. If you love generating pipeline and seeing immediate impact — this is your role. What You’ll Do Outbound Sales • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, etc. • Run high-volume outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns. • Test messaging, optimize sequences, track KPIs. • Qualify leads and hand off warm opportunities to founders. Marketing & Content • Turn our portfolio + testimonials into spec kits, lookbooks, case studies, and project galleries. • Manage Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz, and Architizer presence. • Build a simple, repeatable content calendar. Sales Infrastructure • Own CRM setup (HubSpot or similar). • Build dashboards, automation, and lead routing. • Create a repeatable lead → qualification → handoff flow. Who We're Looking For • 5–10 years in outbound sales, demand gen, or marketing. • Hands-on experience with: • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Clay.ai • HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sequence tools • Strong outbound writing and communication skills. • Highly organized and comfortable generating 200–700 touches/week. • Experience in architecture/design/building products is a plus. • Detroit-area preferred, but remote candidates considered.
