As Regional Sales Manager, East Region USA for our Lincoln brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy and processes and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels including direct field sales, indirect field (Channel/Partner/Distributor) sales, account management, sales training, and sales operations/administration for the Eastern USA region. Ideally you are located in the Eastern Time Zone, however, this is a remote position and will consider other locations in the Central time zone: TX, IL, and LA. You would bring to this role your foodservice equipment experience, knowledge of the food service equipment industry, an experienced track record working with food service manufacturers reps, food service dealers, food service consultants, and end users, as well as your prior culinary experience. Qualifications Key Responsibilities ▪ Develop and implement regional strategies to increase market share and grow revenue ▪ Cultivate relationships with foodservice equipment dealers, rep groups, consultants, and end-users ▪ Initiate, monitor, and assess commercial test opportunities with key customers ▪ Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including RFP responses and technical presentations ▪ Negotiate pricing and programs with key customers/business partners in the best interest of Lincoln ▪ Manage and support independent manufacturer’s reps to ensure alignment with brand goals and sales targets ▪ Provide product training, as needed, to develop commercial opportunities ▪ Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to launch new equipment solutions and gather customer feedback. ▪ Attend trade shows (e.g., NAFEM, NRA Show), customer demos, and site visits to represent the brand ▪ Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to senior leadership ▪ Develop annual sales plans with regional/individual targets and report on KPI metrics to leadership ▪ Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving food service regulations and needs ▪ Provide regular and ongoing interface with Product Management, Marketing, Culinary, FITKitchen, and Aftermarket Service to develop and deliver solutions to customers Qualifications Education And Experience ▪ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area; with a minimum of 8 years’ industry experience in Sales/Sales Management is required. Will consider a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. ▪ Prior culinary and foodservice equipment experience required; knowledge of the food service equipment industry and proven track record working with food service manufacturers reps, food service dealer, food service consultants and end users. ▪ Strong negotiation skills and business/financial acumen. ▪ Ability to demonstrate Company Core values: Passion, Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Entrepreneurship ▪ Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time domestically and internationally. Valid passport and driver’s license required. ▪ Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Will require extended periods of sitting and standing. Preferred Skills: ▪ Familiarity with Auto Quotes (AQ), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and lead generation tools. ▪ Strong understanding of UL/NSF standards, equipment installation, and kitchen workflow.
