Power Equipment Sales Professional Weingartz - Utica, MI What You'll Be Doing • Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers on all equipment. • Maximize the customer experience by identifying needs and recommending complete solutions that fit their goals and budget. • Understand product specs, pricing, and how products compare. • Create an engaging in-store experience using displays and demos. • Identify customer needs and recommend complete solutions, including financing options. • Handle customer questions and follow up on sales to ensure satisfaction. • Make outbound calls to new and existing commercial customers. • Load and demonstrate purchased equipment and prep handheld equipment. • Financing options and processing for all responsible equipment • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates. What We'll Need from You • High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field • Preferred experience with outdoor power equipment • Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision • High attention to detail, particularly with numbers and product specifications • Basic math and computer skills required • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed Pay Range An hourly rate of $20/hour and individual sales performance.
