What You’ll Do: • Drive growth in the Data Center Segment by identifying new opportunities, growing sales, and building strategic relationships. • Position Weidmüller’s Connectivity, Power Distribution, Energy Management, Cooling, Automation Solutions, and Remote Monitoring as the go-to choice for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers. • Collaborate with industry leaders, EPCs, OEMs, and consultants to deliver innovative solutions. • Represent Weidmüller at Industry Events and Conferences to showcase our cutting-edge technology. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales within the data center or electrical infrastructure space. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of data center Connectivity, Power Distribution, Energy Management, Cooling, Automation Solutions, and Remote Monitoring. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). • Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
