This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We’re seeking experienced iOS mobile engineers skilled in Swift or React Native to contribute to high-impact AI research initiatives. In this role, you’ll help design and expand coding benchmarks that simulate real-world mobile development scenarios across various domains — directly shaping the future of intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, validate, and maintain coding benchmarks in Swift or React Native. Curate tasks, solutions, and test suites derived from real-world iOS projects. Implement robust unit and integration tests to ensure accuracy and reliability. Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for reproducibility and performance. Provide structured technical feedback on solution quality and alignment with iOS engineering best practices. Ideal Qualifications: 3–10 years of experience as an iOS engineer, either at a top-tier tech company or as a seasoned freelancer. Strong proficiency in Swift; React Native experience is a plus. Proven experience in debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly. Project Details: Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1 month Commitment: Part-time (15–20 hours/week) Work Setup: Fully remote and asynchronous with flexible hours Compensation & Contract Terms: Pay Rate: $90 per hour plus performance-based bonuses per approved task (average task completion time ~1 hour).
