Asset Recovery and Execution Receiver Case Manager Job Type | Annual Salary | Long-Term Position Work Location: Primarily Remote (within the United States) Core Responsibilities I. Case Operations Management As the plaintiff's primary execution representative, communicate with the bankruptcy administrator/special administrator, evidence gathering firm, litigation funders, and U.S. attorneys. Track case progress in the California Superior Court and other judicial bodies. Manage the following core cases: Wang v. ViaBTC Technology Limited (California) Wang v. Apple Inc. Wang v. NetEase Inc. Other cryptocurrency asset freeze and cross-border asset execution cases II. Judicial Proceeding Coordination Assist in preparing and submitting court documents (evidence packages, temporary restraining orders/asset freeze motions, etc.). Follow up on execution responses from clerks, sheriffs, bankruptcy administrators, stablecoin issuers (Circle/Tether), and banks. Maintain case timelines, execution milestones, and evidence lists. III. Asset Execution and Bankruptcy Administration Coordination Work with the Special Administrator team to advance the following: Stablecoin Freezing Exchange Disclosures and Subpoenas Bank Account Freezing Case administration workflows IV. Cross-Party Coordination Communicate with litigation funders regarding funding requests. Work with blockchain forensics companies for on-chain asset identification and evidence modeling. Manage the enforcement terms of confidentiality agreements, financing agreements, and bankruptcy administration orders. Job Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken). At least one of the following experiences: Experience in US litigation management/legal assistant/litigation operations Experience in legal project management/compliance/forensic accounting support Experience in cross-border asset recovery, fraud investigation, or bankruptcy administration collaboration Ability to communicate independently with US courts, attorneys, and bankruptcy administrators. High level of confidentiality awareness and familiarity with the enforcement limitations of confidentiality agreements/court orders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the following: California Superior Court litigation procedures Bankruptcy administration/post-judgment enforcement Cryptocurrency/Stablecoins/Blockchain evidence Preference will be given to candidates who speak Mandarin. Compensation Structure (Suggested) Project Range Annual Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 Annual Performance Bonus: 10% – 30% (based on case execution results) Success Incentives: Negotiable bonus linked to recovered funds Work Mode: Remote work + flexible working hours Job Description Summary: This is not an administrative assistant position, but a “Judicial Engineering Control Position” responsible for directing all cross-border asset freeze and seizure enforcement efforts.
