Remote (U.S. time zone overlap) Full-time | Internship-to-Full-time Fresh MBA / Final-Year MBA Students Role Overview This is an entry-level Product Management role focused on usability, onboarding, and user workflows. You will work closely with the Engineering and QA teams to identify usability gaps, translate user needs into clear product requirements, and ensure features are intuitive and easy to use. This role offers hands-on ownership and real exposure to product decision-making. What You’ll Do • Understand user workflows and pain points • Identify usability and onboarding gaps across product flows • Convert insights into user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with engineers during feature execution • Support usability testing and validate improvements • Document workflows and expected product behavior Who Should Apply • Fresh MBA graduates (2024–2026) or final-year MBA students • Strong interest in Product Management, UX, and usability • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability • Clear written and verbal communication skills You’ll Have an Edge If You Have • Exposure to software testing or QA workflows • Basic understanding of automation testing concepts First 90 Days • Build a strong understanding of user workflows • Identify high-impact usability improvements • Own at least one usability or onboarding enhancement end-to-end What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience working as a Product Manager • Ownership of usability-focused initiatives • Experience collaborating with Engineering and QA teams • Clear growth path into Product Manager / Product Owner roles Apply: recruitment@webomates.com
