Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across various platforms, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing tools to elevate our brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. • Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to enhance brand storytelling. • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and visibility. • Monitor social listening channels to gauge public perception, identify trends, and respond to customer inquiries promptly. • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI. • Cultivate relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners for strategic collaborations. • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a cohesive brand voice. • Coordinate public relations activities to promote brand awareness and reputation management. • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques. • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid digital advertising platforms. • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus. • Exceptional written communication skills with keen proofreading abilities. • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing strategies effectively. • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with partners, influencers, and customers.
