WebCreek is currently seeking a QA Analyst Intern with an advanced English level to join our team. If you are a highly motivated professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality, we want to meet you. As a QA Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the highest quality in our software products. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while working on real-world projects. You will be involved in testing new features, identifying issues, and helping improve the overall quality of our applications. This is a remote, full-time position with working hours in the CST time zone, and it is open to candidates based in Latin America. What You’ll Do • Assist in writing and executing test cases to validate application functionality. • Perform manual testing across different platforms (web and mobile). • Document defects with thoroughness and careful attention to detail. • Document project testing requirements • Report and track bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in software. • Participate in meetings with the development team to understand new features and improve testing strategies. • Collaborate with team members to improve test coverage and quality standards. • Learn and use testing tools and frameworks to enhance the testing process. • Contribute to the documentation of test processes and best practices. • Ensure that the product releases conform to the requirements What You Have Required Skills • At least 1 year of experience as a QA Analyst or a similar role. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 or higher on the Cambridge scale). • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality. • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and database management systems is a strong plus. • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies. • Solid IT proficiency. • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. • Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities. • Positive, “can-do” attitude. • Creative problem-solving mindset. • A willingness to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges Desirable Skills • Experience with database tools and SQL clients (e.g., DBeaver) is a plus but not mandatory. • Familiarity with AnyDesk is a plus, but not mandatory. • Familiarity with Test Cafe Studio for test case automation is a plus, but not mandatory. • Knowledge of QAlity Plus, an add-on in Jira for managing test cases, test cycles, and repositories, is a plus but not mandatory What You’ll Gain • Full-time, remote position in a quickly growing company. • Competitive salary with regular revisions. • Fifteen (15) paid-off days per year • Paid Local holidays • Health Care Expense Sponsorship • Fitness Sponsorship • Flexible work environment. • International team with opportunities to work abroad.
