Who We Are: WEBBY Dance Company is family-owned and operated serving communities nationwide with classes through partnering daycares, childcare centers, preschools and elementary schools. Through creative movement, Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer and Yoga, WEBBY Dance Company provides children the oppurtunity to build self-confident, creative and coordination. Classes are held weekly on-site at our partnering schools. Job Description: WEBBY Dance Company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to manage a preschool dance/gymnastics program in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate is someone with extensive dance and gymnastics experience, loves working with children and others and will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards. This role will also include sales experience and relationship building while working closely with School Directors to ensure satisfactory and happiness with WEBBY Dance Company and to regularly add new students to current and future classes. On-going training will be provided with our materials, props and class plans. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals within the territory - Provide leadership and guidance to all instructors to ensure compliance with brand standards - Regularly attends and teaches classes on location in order to help in on-going training of the instructors - Onboards each instructor and thoroughly provides all training along with the Franchise Owner - Monitors and identifies room for growth to maximize community impact and enrollment within classes - Serve as liason between school adminstration, WEBBY office and the instructors Requirements - Self-motivated, hard working and organized - Excellent people and collaboration skills - Strong background in dance and gymnastics - Reliable Transportation - Ability to effectively manage multiple changing priorities as assigned by Franchise Owner on a daily basis. - Outgoing, friendly, camp counselor-like attitude -Bachelor's Degree in business, dance or related field. This is a part time position (20 hours per week) that can grow into a full time position in the future.
