As we scale our national sales operations, we are building a founding team of Regional Sales Leaders to establish and grow high-performing sales teams across the United States. The Opportunity We are seeking 10 exceptional sales leaders to join our Founding Team as Remote Sales Team Leads. This is not a traditional sales management role—this is an opportunity to build, own, and operate your own sales organization with the full backing of a technology company that provides world-class products, automation tools, and ongoing support. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of independent sales representatives in your market. You will have complete autonomy to build your team, set your strategy, and scale your operation. Your success is measured by your team's performance, and your compensation reflects that directly. What makes this role unique: •You are building a business, not filling a job—you operate with full entrepreneurial autonomy • You sell high-demand AI software that businesses actively seek, with proven ROI and strong retention • You receive proprietary lead generation tools, sales automation, and comprehensive training • Your income is directly tied to your team's success, with no ceiling on earnings• You are part of an exclusive founding cohort with direct access to company leadership Key Responsibilities Team Building & Leadership: •Recruit, onboard, and train independent sales representatives for your team •Develop and mentor your team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets •Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews •Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement Sales Management: •Oversee your team's sales pipeline and ensure consistent activity and conversion rates •Provide strategic guidance on prospecting, presentations, and closing techniques •Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies •Maintain accountability for your team's revenue targets Business Development: •Leverage our proprietary lead generation platform to identify and engage prospects •Conduct high-level sales presentations and close strategic accounts personally •Build and maintain relationships with key clients in your market •Represent Web4Guru Automation as a market leader in AI automation Compensation Structure This is a 100% performance-based leadership role. There is no base salary, but the income potential is significant and uncapped. Personal Sales Commissions: •Earn 15-25% recurring monthly commissions on all software subscriptions you personally close •Product pricing ranges from $649/month to $20,000/month •Example: Close one $3,995/month client = earn $799/month in recurring income Team Performance Overrides: •Earn override commissions on all sales generated by your team •Your team's success directly increases your monthly residual income •Top-performing Team Leads can earn $5,000-$15,000+/month through team overrides alone Performance Bonuses: •$1,000 Founding Team Bonus: Awarded upon successfully building a team of 10 active sales reps within your first 30 days •Quarterly performance bonuses for top-performing teams •Annual leadership incentives and recognition programs Realistic Income Potential: •Month 1-3 (Building Phase): $2,000-$5,000/month •Month 4-6 (Growth Phase): $5,000-$10,000/month •Month 7-12 (Scale Phase): $10,000-$25,000+/month Note: These are examples of potential earnings based on team performance, not guarantees.
