The environment is entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and built around supporting a high-performing commercial team. This is a senior-level Executive Assistant role with real operational impact. The position sits at the intersection of executive support and sales process management, acting as a force multiplier for leadership and the sales organization. You will work closely with senior executives and sales leadership to keep deals moving, systems organized, and priorities aligned. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments, understands how sales organizations function, and enjoys being deeply embedded in the day-to-day mechanics of revenue generation. This is an on-site role based in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, coordination, and follow-through on priorities • Actively support the sales process by tracking opportunities, managing sales-related workflows, and ensuring timely execution of next steps • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and visibility across the pipeline • Coordinate communication between executives, sales representatives, customers, and internal teams • Assist with preparation of sales materials, pricing sheets, proposals, order documentation, and internal reports • Monitor deal progress from initial contact through order fulfillment, flagging risks and bottlenecks before they become issues • Support forecasting, sales reporting, and performance tracking • Help streamline and improve internal sales processes and administrative systems • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support as needed in a fast-paced, growing organization Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership • Demonstrated experience working closely with a sales team or within a sales-driven organization • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and deal flow • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines • High level of professionalism and discretion • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related tools • Experience in wholesale, retail, consumer goods, or product-based businesses strongly preferred • Ability and willingness to work on-site in New Jersey Compensation • Base salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful impact on a growing sales organization
