7+ years recruiting in financial services, strong sourcing and networking skills, knowledge of employment laws, proficiency with ATS and MS Office, and excellent communication.
Job Description: • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified financial advisors and teams. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including networking, referrals, industry events, and digital platforms. • Develop strong relationships with prospective advisors, understanding their business needs and career goals. • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the recruitment and transition process. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth vetting, onboarding. • Work closely with marketing to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials. • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes. • Continuously refine strategies based on data and feedback. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in a corporate or recruiting agency setting with a focus in the financial services industry required • Record of accomplishment in sourcing and pipeline development techniques that yielded results through various sourcing channels • Understanding of employment laws as it pertains to recruitment and selection • Strong interpersonal and networking skills that are effective in building a rapport with candidates and increase awareness of WEG as an employer of choice to a diverse pool of candidates • Ability to successfully manage multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise judgment, responsiveness, and sensitivity throughout the recruitment process • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for recruitment, diversity, and service excellence • Highly proficient using applicant tracking systems.
