Manage schedules, prepare financial and administrative documents, and handle correspondence using office software.
Strong administrative and accounting skills including AR, AP, reconciliation, and proficiency in MS Excel with attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with a strong mix of administrative and accounting skills for positions starting on a temp-to-hire basis. The skills needed for either position include strong AR skills with excellent MS Excel ability. Some reconciliation and AP work would also be included. Additional administrative skills are required along with professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects running at the same time Tasks • Manage and maintain schedules • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries Knowledge • Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology • Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
