Who We Serve We partner with individuals and families navigating complex chronic illnesses potentially tied to their living environments, such as mold-related illness, Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue. We also serve proactive health seekers focused on longevity, performance, and prevention. These clients may not be sick, but they want to ensure their home environment is supporting optimal health, energy, and lifespan. Many of our clients are referred by functional and integrative medicine practitioners, longevity experts, and wellness professionals. Regardless of their starting point, they come to us seeking answers, clarity, and a trusted guide to help them make their home a safe place to heal and thrive. The Opportunity We Inspect is entering its next stage of growth, and we’re seeking a mission-driven Marketing Leader to build and scale the full marketing engine of the company. You will own all elements of marketing operations and be responsible for everything from strategy, to implementation, and reporting and optimization across all platforms. A marketing leader who can capture attention, tell our story, and turn visibility into revenue. This is not a “sit in strategy meetings and send briefs” job. It’s a builder + doer role for someone who: Lives where culture and attention live. Can craft and scale multichannel strategies (B2C + B2B). Loves creating content, testing ideas, and iterating fast. Understands brand as story, connection, and trust — not just logos and color palettes. Utilizes AI as an essential tool across all marketing operations. You’ll have freedom to test ideas and engage specialists where needed. As the company grows, you’ll shape and expand the marketing team to scale your vision. What You’ll Do Own the Full Funnel: Build multichannel strategies across social, web, email, SEO/GEO, paid media, and thought leadership. Use paid not as a crutch, but as a strategic amplifier — for retargeting, audience building, and scaling what’s already working. Then execute directly with a lean team. Tell the Story & Shape the Brand: Craft and elevate We Inspect’s brand image by making the company (and its founders) a relatable, trusted authority. Use storytelling, content, and community-building to create authentic connection, build trust, and make our expertise both approachable and memorable. Hack Attention: Create and repurpose content for IG, YouTube, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn, Reddit, and wherever the right eyeballs are. Secure podcast appearances, guest features, interviews, and media placements for the founders and company Blend Brand + Performance: Elevate our brand while generating leads and revenue. Balance long-term authority with short-term growth. Leverage AI & Data: Use AI to scale output, personalize experiences, analyze data, and speed up iteration. AI is baked into all marketing operations. Track KPIs from awareness → booked inspections. Lead: Manage a small, remote team by setting KPIs, coaching talent, and creating accountability in a nimble environment. You’ll have access to external specialists when needed, and the opportunity to expand and shape your own team as the company grows. Build: Develop operational systems to support all marketing initiatives. Innovate: Experiment with new platforms, creative formats, and storytelling techniques to stay ahead of cultural shifts. What You Bring 7+ years in marketing with proven results in both B2C and B2B growth. Hands-on experience across social, content, SEO/GEO, funnels, and analytics — you’ve done the work, not just led the meetings. Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (social ads, retargeting, funnels) and knowing how to integrate them with organic strategies Strong creative instincts: you know how to tell stories, build personal brands, and connect authentically with audiences. Proven ability to implement AI tools for smarter, faster marketing. Obsessed with where attention is and how to capture it. Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills; able to move between strategy and hands-on execution seamlessly. Comfortable moving fast, testing ideas, and iterating — perfection is the enemy. Deep understanding of how to measure, track, and optimize performance. Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams. Thrives in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment where accountability is clear and impact is visible. Bonus: Experience in environmental health, longevity or wellness spaces How Success is Measured Growth in qualified leads and booked inspections driven by your strategies and execution. Increased organic visibility across social, search, and emerging platforms. Effective use of paid campaigns as a complement to organic growth, with clear ROI on spend and a focus on amplifying results, not wasting budget. Expansion of our brand authority through podcast appearances, features, and thought leadership. Clear, transparent KPIs that connect your work from attention → engagement → revenue. Demonstrated ability to test, learn, and scale quickly — making data-backed decisions that drive impact. Compensation This is a full-time leadership role with competitive salary, bonus opportunity and benefits, commensurate with experience. Time Availability This is a full-time position with flexible work hours, but availability during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT) is expected for team meetings, leadership syncs, and client-facing issues.
