The Role Title: Mid-Level Employment Associate (5–7 years) You will: • Serve as the linchpin on wage & hour / class & collective matters. • Draft and argue motions (including class cert), oppositions, and dispositives; prepare strong, persuasive briefs. • Take/defend depositions, manage discovery, prepare mediations, and support/handle arbitrations. • Coordinate parallel individual and class disputes, particularly in California. • Mentor juniors and collaborate closely with partners.
