Full Description

This role is for a senior real estate transactional attorney who wants to handle high-level, varied deal work with autonomy, flexibility, and zero office politics. The practice is busy, sophisticated, and intentionally lean, designed for attorneys who can run matters independently. The position is fully remote, with optional office access that is rarely required. The work includes • Commercial and residential real estate transactions • Acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters • Leasing and related real estate agreements • Direct client interaction and responsibility for matters end to end Why this role stands out • Fully remote structure with real flexibility on hours • Broad, sophisticated real estate practice with consistent deal flow • No hierarchy or “B team” model, attorneys work directly with clients • Compensation tied to experience, commitment level, and contribution • Collegial, non-ego culture focused on quality work, not face time Ideal background • 5–7+ years of real estate transactional experience (8–9+ considered for strong profiles) • Ability to run matters independently with minimal oversight • Sharp judgment, strong drafting skills, and comfort handling complex work • Active California Bar admission • Prior large-firm or highly sophisticated practice experience helpful but not required This role is well-suited for experienced real estate attorneys who want top-tier work without the traditional firm lifestyle, and who value autonomy, flexibility, and substance over titles.
