The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Office Engineer to join our Brooklyn, NY project location. Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent Description • Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims. • Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records. • Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process. • Research and propose solutions to quality control issues. • Perform quantities take offs. Requirements • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited university. • Civil, building or infrastructure sector. • Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer desired • Knowledge of Estimating , Scheduling or AutoCAD desired • MS Office (WORD/Exce/Outlook/PowerPoint), Procure, Bluebeam • Excellent written and verbal skills.
