As an Entry Level Event Assistant at WCO Academy, you'll play a key frontline role in delivering dynamic live events and promotional campaigns. You'll directly engage customers, promote products, and support charitable causes, all while learning the fundamentals of face-to-face sales and event marketing. What You'll Do: • Drive Sales at Live Events: Represent brands and products at pop-up events, kiosks, and retail locations—start conversations, understand customer needs, and guide them toward making informed purchases. • Deliver Campaign Messaging: Promote both commercial offers and charitable initiatives with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm. • Create Memorable Customer Experiences: Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the campaign—building rapport quickly, answering questions, and building trust. • Assist in Event Set-Up & Execution: Ensure event materials are well presented and everything is ready for successful customer interaction. • Learn Sales Techniques & Strategies: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen your sales approach, communication style, and confidence.
