Manage branch operations, staff, financial performance, and compliance to meet business goals.
At least five years leadership experience with P&L and asset management, plus operational and staff management skills.
This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the branch, driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee growth; while adhering to our policies and procedures. Items such as: team safety, developing strong lasting relationships, acting as true servant to our customers, understand the value of TEAM, and maintaining a happy productive work place are the corner stones of our culture. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Directly manages branch staff and directs day-to-day activities within the branch to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction. * Responsible for the P&L of the branch. * Ensures revenue and profit plans are achieved. * Monitors expenses and analyzes financial performance and budget of branch; identifies operational deficiencies and implements plans for improvement. * Implements company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelines. * Participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training branch staff. * Operates within company and business unit policies and procedures; creates an environment that motivates associates to be successful. * Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies. * Foster a “safety first” culture. * Other duties as needed to meet business and customer needs. Education/Training/Experience Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. * 5+ year’s leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is required. * Profit & loss and asset management experience is required. * Sales management preferred. * Transportation industry experience or dealership management experience is required. * Mechanical aptitude is required. Hands on transportation equipment experience preferred.
