Job Brief: The Senior Director of Professional Services is the strategic leader responsible for scaling Wayvia’s professional services organization into a high-performing engine. The Senior Director of Professional Services is a strategic business leader responsible for scaling the services organization to drive profitable growth, accelerated customer value, and operational efficiency. This role leads three major delivery functions: (1) technical services supporting Customer Support and escalated ticket resolution, (2) Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales technical support and demos, and (3) revenue-generating managed and professional services. Responsibilities: Build and scale a professional services organization that combines technical services, sales engineering support, and managed/professional service delivery. Develop a modern services model that increases efficiency, accelerates customer outcomes, and reduces manual operational workload. Transform services into a profit-center function by designing repeatable, packaged, and value-driven offerings. Create and evolve service methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices across professional services. Drive operational maturity in forecasting, resourcing, utilization management, project governance, and tool adoption. Serve as a connective leader between Product, Engineering, CX, Support, Sales, and Operations to remove friction and accelerate customer value. Provide structured feedback loops that inform roadmap decisions, product enhancements, and process improvements. Compensation: The salary for this role is $150,000-200,000 with variable compensation as part of the compensation structure.
