Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities • Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of infants • Provide attentive care by feeding, diapering, and comforting infants throughout the day • Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for children • Observe and document each child's progress, behaviors, and milestones to inform ongoing development plans • Foster positive interactions with children, encouraging curiosity and independence through play and learning experiences • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and effective communication about each child's needs • Follow all health and safety protocols diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary Requirements • Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in infant care • Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) • Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children compassionately and efficiently • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families • Ability to maintain patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude in a dynamic environment Join us in shaping bright futures!
