Join Us Join our dynamic team as a Grants and Donor Relations Specialist and help us fuel transformative change through meaningful donor partnerships. As our Grants and Donor Relations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting procurement and stewardship of major philanthropic gifts and other sources of funding. You will lead report writing for a portfolio of secured grants, aiding relationship managers, proposal writing and coordination, and supporting internal process optimization and special projects. What You’ll do Grant Portfolio Management Craft and refine grant communications including concept notes, decks, proposals, and impact reports Collaborate with relationship managers to develop strategic frameworks for funding opportunities Coordinate cross-departmental proposal development Address risks within the grant portfolio and defines actions and recommendations for relationship managers for communication with the donor. Donor Relationship Support Gather and organize materials to respond to donor inquiries and requests Lead planning and execution of donor site visits, customizing experiences to align with audience goals Data & Project Coordination Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track opportunities, payments, and revenue Provide copy editing support across the team to ensure clarity and consistency Contribute to special projects that advance the strategic direction of our Revenue team Management Responsibility Individual contributor with no subordinates. Five or more years of progressive experience implementing grant management and donor engagement activities, with a proven record of achievement in successful grant performance and/or proposal development. Broad knowledge of grant management principles and practices, including grant development and administration, grant reporting and document controls. Proficient (written and verbal) in English. What Makes Standout: Previous experience working at an international non-profit. Salary/Benefits This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 -$85,000 . Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 10%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
