Royal Waste in Queens is looking to add a Sales Administrator to our growing Sales team. Our priority is to hire a professional Sales Administrator who cares about the safety of our drivers and the service we provide to the community. As a Sales Administrator with us, the minimum responsibilities include: • *RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team • Support Outside Sales efforts • Manage order processing and data entry using Salesforce CRM • Deliver excellent customer service • Provide municipal support for local contracts • Set up new customers and manage broker accounts • Demonstrate strong communication skills • Utilize proficient computer skills (working knowledge of Word and Excel) • Work independently with minimal supervision • Be task-oriented and highly motivated • Perform other responsibilities as assigned • May require occasional out-of-town travel • *Hours** : Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM • *Pay Rate starting** : $22-$25 Hourly, depending on experience • *IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:** • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment • Salesforce experience (a plus) • 2 years of high-volume customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • **Bilingual preferred** • *What you’ll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
