Key Responsibilities: • Market and promote our commercial waste removal, disposal, and recycling services • Prepare bids, generate weekly call reports, and engage with both new and existing clients • Network at trade shows, and connect with customers and business associations • Collect and document contract expiration dates, address existing customer concerns, and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Minimum of 3 years in outside sales • Experience in B2B sales is required • Prior experience in the solid waste industry is a plus • Strong time management skills • Punctual and professional demeanor • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities • Proficient in computer usage • Goal-driven and motivated • Must have reliable transportation • Willingness to relocate as career progresses We are looking for candidates who thrive on operational excellence and accountability.
