Job Overview: Support the department's work with digital talent clients within a dedicated Strategy team, leveraging knowledge of social platforms and creative strategy to support a roster of multi-facilitated digital talent encompassing numerous cultural passion areas and creator formats. Supports in the growth of talent’s market value and brand value. Preferred locations: New York, Dallas, or Los Angeles offices (hybrid schedule), open to Remote. What You’ll Do: Develop presentations and execute personalized content and brand strategies to grow and elevate current roster of talent Foster strong and supportive relationships with creators, ensuring open communication and alignment with their personal and professional goals Regularly analyze talent performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations surrounding clients and the performance of their respective business engagements and growth across the digital ecosystem Maintain relationships with social platforms and act as the liaison for clients addressing any platform-related issues Create resources to educate clients and internal team on the digital ecosystem, including sharing trending content, platform updates, and social media best practices Ensure talent roster and project management is seamlessly updated across external vendors and internal stakeholders Assist in researching and identifying emerging creators across various industries, including gaming, sports, fitness, health & wellness, fashion, family, and beauty Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities within the digital and creator economy to offer proactive guidance What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of social analytics, direct talent management, or social media strategy experience. Deep knowledge of social media from a business and consumer perspective, including but not limited to advanced knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, and Facebook. Familiarity with deck building, social media monitoring metrics, and experience with social analytics tools. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact positively with all types of people. A professional demeanor when talking to clients. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Eagerness to be part of a fast-paced start up and help grow a next generation talent agency. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative. Base salary range: $50-75K depending on location and experience, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
