About the Role: WashU Carwash is seeking a highly-motivated Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an experienced, customer service-driven individual who understands the meaning of a world-class experience. Delivering superior customer service is essential to the daily success of our operations. The ideal candidate’s ability to present a positive, can-do attitude in all customer interactions and efficiently manage various customer service tasks are extremely valued. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for day-to-day customer success and account management.
