The Application Review Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operation of the admissions application process, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant files. This role includes data entry for tracking applicant information and assisting in the evaluation of applicants for admission.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with three years of administrative experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and skills in communication and technology.

Scheduled Hours 20 Position Summary Responsible for coordinating a variety of inter-related workflow processes for the application and admission process using technology and computerized databases. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manages the daily operation of the admissions application process for multiple programs, including maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of applicant files and communicating applicant status updates. Responsible for all data entry necessary for tracking applicant information and for import/export to the Student Information System for new admits. Provides assistance in the evaluation of applicants for admission; performs initial review of files to assess requirement completion. Participates in recruiting events, including on and off-campus information sessions and other outreach efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Job Location/Working Conditions Normal office environment. Physical Effort Typically sitting at a desk or table. Equipment Office equipment.
