Washington State Auto Dealers Association (WSADA) is seeking a part-time or full-time administrative assistant to join the team immediately. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Administrative Assistant and Events Manager, and Controller, as well as assists the Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Counsel. JOB DESCRIPTION • Receptionist duties, including answering phones and directing calls to appropriate staff • Processing and shipping business forms orders • Meeting support: • * Coordinates meeting materials • Responsible for meeting preparation, including setup and wrap up for in-person meetings and/or setup for meetings on the appropriate platform • Coordinate facility rentals: • * Manages supplies, including inventory and restocking • Responsible for meeting room setup and wrap up SPECIAL PROJECTS • Mailing Behind the Wheel Newsletter (2-3 times a year) • Finance and Insurance trainings and exams • * Compiles and ships training manuals • Tracks registration and scores • Prepares and prints training certificates and pass/fail letters • Support for various WSADA events when and where required: • * o Dealership Day • WSADA Family Reunion and Convention • NADA PAC Presidents Club Dinner • BECU EV Test Drive • Seattle International Auto Show • Bright Future Career Fair • SIAS VIP Preview Party • WSADA Holiday Party LOCATION AND WORK HOURS Location: 621 SW Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057 The Association office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires 20 to 30 hours of work per week. Shift flexibility is negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, including an ability to manage schedules and timelines • Basic math skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities • Proficiency in the following programs are preferred but not required: • * Canva • MailChimp • Paperless Post • WordPress The Association provides competitive compensation.
