Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a Manager Integrated Marketing & Strategy who will lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies. The role involves driving cross-functional alignment, overseeing integrated campaigns, and ensuring marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact across all channels. Responsibilities • Owns and leads the integrated marketing calendar and campaign roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and executive vision • Oversees end-to-end campaign development across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution • Acts as a senior advisor on marketing strategy, providing guidance to leadership and influencing decisions across departments • Serves as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with corporate objectives • Champions innovation and operational excellence, driving process improvements and mentoring team members to elevate performance • Leverages market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and measure success • Mentors and inspires team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field • Minimum nine (9) years of integrated (collaborative), marketing experience, ideally in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) to include (3) years of supervisory experience • Experience serving as a senior marketing leader or deputy to a Director/VP-level role • Master's degree in Marketing or related field Company Overview • Ready to take on a new career in transit?
