Washington Frank International is a trusted Epicor channel partner seeking a Senior Epicor ERP Operations Consultant with strong consulting experience and hands-on expertise in Epicor Kinetic. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor to clients, leading ERP-driven transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful adoption of Epicor solutions. Responsibilities • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through operational assessments, process improvements, and Epicor Kinetic implementations. • Configure and optimize Epicor modules including Production, Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, and Supply Chain. • Lead discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions. • Develop and deploy BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and custom workflows to support operational goals. • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Skills • 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP, including recent work with Epicor Kinetic. • Proven consulting experience with direct client interaction and solution delivery. • Deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations. • Proficiency in SQL, BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor customization tools. • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. • Experience working with Epicor channel partners or ERP consulting firms. • Familiarity with integrations involving Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other ERP systems. • Ability to lead workshops, train users, and support change management initiatives.
