Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist (Dental & Sleep Office)Location: Seattle, WA – On-Site (Capitol Hill) About the Role: Private dental and sleep practice seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You’ll sit at the dental office front desk and handle calls, texts, emails, and in-person check-ins for both our dental practice and Washington Center for Sleep. What You’ll Do • Answer phones, texts, and emails with a friendly, professional tone • Check patients in, greet visitors, and keep the front desk area tidy • Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments using office software • Collect and scan insurance cards and IDs • Handle basic questions (hours, location, forms) and take clear messages • Route insurance, billing, and clinical questions to the appropriate team member What You Won’t Do • No detailed insurance explanations • No billing/ledger discussions • No clinical advice or treatment planning What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service role • Comfortable on the phone and computer; able to learn new software • Friendly, calm, and professional with strong attention to detail • Healthcare or dental office experience a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay • Part-time: 2-3 days per week • Pay: $23-28/hr How to Apply: Please submit your resume.
