Role Overview: As a Work from Home Customer Service Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, providing exceptional support to our members and partners. Your role is to manage day-to-day customer inquiries and administrative tasks, enabling the organization to focus on its core mission. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for pharmacy-related events and meetings. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will assist in processing orders and managing inventory databases. - You will support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation. - You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements. - You will uphold the organization's values and ensure a positive customer experience at all times. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry. - Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms. - Additional language skills. - Prior experience working in a nonprofit or association environment.
