Wash & Roll Laser Car Wash is an independent growing business that seeks a highly skilled and versatile administrative professional to support our operations. We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to serve as administrative assistant/receptionist, providing administrative support to various teams and departments while also handling front desk duties. Pay rate is $36.50 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused administrative professional to serve as administrative assistant/receptionist. This role will provide administrative support to various teams and departments, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various teams and departments, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations. - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct calls to the relevant team members or departments. - Coordinate travel arrangements, make reservations, and book hotel rooms as needed. - Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems. - Manage the distribution of mail, packages, and other deliveries. Skills & Requirements: - 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Excellent phone etiquette and management skills.
