What you’ll do: Enhance and beautify our community! Build rapport with residents. Respond to service needs and make ready schedule. Preventative maintenance Amenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal! Who you are: A detail oriented and task-focused individual A strong communicator A personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset. A Team Player Organized and Accountable What we're looking for: General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers. Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call. Benefits and Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $15 - 17.25 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
