Company Description Warnken, LLC is a Maryland law firm specializing in car and truck crashes, litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, law enforcement representation, medical negligence, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. The firm represents clients throughout the State of Maryland. We only represent real people, not businesses or insurance companies. The role will serve the negligence side of the practice, in the pre-litigation department. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as the preparation of legal documents, communication with clients and opposing counsel, discovery drafting and responses, and document review. Qualifications • CompHub and MDEC Experience • Strong Communication skills • Experienced in Research and Document Review • Excellent writing and analytical skills • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus Please share your favorite color and why in your cover letter/message.
